Ingredients of Souffle Omelette

  • 3 egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • salt as required
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Step 1 Whisk the eggs

Take two bowls and separate the egg whites from egg yolks. Use a whisker to whisk the egg whites first. Keep whisking until the egg whites turn into a fluffy and creamy mixture. Now whisk the egg yolks properly.

Step 2 Cooking technique

Add egg yolks to the egg whites bowl and fold the two mixtures together gently. Add salt and black pepper powder as per taste. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Pour the egg mixture into the pan, spread it a bit and cover with a lid. Let it cook for 4-5 minutes.
